Joe Cheal

Joe is a Culture and Leadership Specialist. In focusing his training, coaching and consultancy experience into the business environment, Joe has inspired others to achieve outstanding results. Since 1993, he has worked with a broad range of organisations, helping 1000s of people revolutionise the way they work with others.

He holds an MSc in Organisational Development and a degree in Philosophy and Psychology... and has published a range of business and personal development books including: "Solving Impossible Problems", "Who Stole My Pie?", "Driving Your Destiny" and has co-authored more books with his wife Melody Cheal.

Joe describes himself as a curious fellow… fascinated by the joy of nostalgia, the excitement of possible futures and the effortless effort of immersing himself in the here and now. Alongside his ‘real-world’ profession, his ‘compelling distraction’ is writing fiction.
