Samantha Hahn

Samantha Hahn's lush and ethereal watercolors have been exhibited internationally. She works with a range of clients including Vogue Japan, the Paris Review, Elle Magazine, Marc Jacobs, Random House, Assouline, Abrams and Chronicle.

Her second book, A Mother is a Story is a celebration of motherhood in all of it's glorious, messy beauty featuring Hahn's signature watercolor illustrations and unique handlettered quotes that range from witty to poignant.

Her first book, Well-Read Women: Portraits of Fiction's Most Beloved Heroines, has been described as "an instant classic" and "the perfect convergence of literature and art."

Samantha lives in Brooklyn with her husband, son and daughter.
