Gordon Dabbs

Gordon Dabbs is the author of EPIC FAIL - GAINING WISDOM FROM FAILURES OF BIBLICAL PROPORTION.

He serves as the Preaching Minister of the Prestoncrest Church in Dallas, Texas. Before joining moving to Dallas in 2008, Gordon and his wife Ila (together with an amazing group of teammates) worked as church planters in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for a decade.

Gordon holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Oklahoma and also holds master's degrees in Ethics and Biblical Interpretation. He speaks nationally and internationally at conferences and retreats.

Gordon’s greatest achievement, however, was marrying Ila, who is way out of his league. They are the proud parents of Claudia and David.

In his free time, Gordon loves to play disc golf and tennis, read novels, and try out new restaurants and food trucks with Ila.
