I love to teach people new things and to build products people love. By day, I work at Dropbox as a software engineer. Before that I was a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University, where I helped teach both of Harvard's first two introductory computer science courses, CS 50, which focuses on C, and CS 51, which at the time focused on Scheme and C++. By night, I run a website, http://www.cprogramming.com, where millions (really!) of visitors have read my tutorials, articles and quizzes.

I'm excited about JUMPING INTO C++ because I still think a full-length book, with a strong narrative structure, is the easiest, best way to learn a new skill.
