Satya Robyn is a psychotherapist and eco-activist. She runs Bright Earth, a Buddhist temple in the green skirts of the Malvern hills in the UK. Her latest book 'Dear Earth: Love, grief & activism' is out now.
Her recent books include 'Coming Home', an introduction to Pureland Buddhism with lots of anecdotes about temple life, and 'What Helps', a sum of her decades of experience as a therapist, in a 12 step programme, as a Buddhist teacher and as an ordinary flawed wife, sister, daughter and pet-owner.
She is fond of expensive vegan chocolate, dog walks, small kindnesses, goldfinches, honesty, rooibos earl grey tea & getting to the end of lists.
