Matthew Connolly

Matthew Connolly is a journalist and former classical music critic for The Times. He has lived in the Lake District for 20 years and is passionate about nature. He loves walking and running in the fells, and can even be spotted swimming in lakes, tarns and waterfalls. Dance with the Daffodils is his first novel, the third edition of which was published in 2022. His second novel, Ellis Bell, is also due out in 2022.
