I devoted over 15 years as a U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Trial Attorney in the Civil Fraud Section in Washington, D.C. and helped administer the nationwide DOJ whistleblower reward program. While at DOJ, I directly analyzed and pursued allegations of fraud against 20 different federal agencies, and personally worked on fraud cases resulting in over $1.25 billion ($1,250,000,000.00) in judgments and recoveries, and which paid over a quarter of a billion dollars in whistleblower rewards to citizens reporting fraud against the government.
My books provide you with an insider view of these remarkable whistleblower reward programs. My goal is to help whistleblowers successfully navigate the system, fight fraud, and get the whistleblower rewards they deserve.
Currently a law school professor, I represent whistleblowers nationwide interested in obtaining a reward for reporting fraud against the government under either the DOJ fraud reward program, the IRS tax fraud reward program, or the SEC whistleblower reward program. My website, www.HowToReportFraud.com, shows you how to ask me to personally review your potential whistleblower reward case. My website also contains other resources and helpful information.
While at DOJ, I received the following awards: a Special Commendation Award for outstanding service, a Meritorious Award, and twice the Special Achievement Award for sustained and superior performance of duty in combating fraud against the government.
