Jacob Rosenberg

Jacob Rosenberg (1964) was born and grew up in Copenhagen, Denmark. He is professor of surgery at the University of Copenhagen, and chief surgeon at the department of surgery, Herlev Hospital (also in Copenhagen). He has published more than 750 scientific papers in research journals, and several book chapters in surgery and related areas. He has been editor of the Journal of the Danish Medical Association and the Danish Medical journal for 13 years, and served on the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (www.icmje.org) for 7 years.
