Sandy Harrington

Sandy Harrington studied English and Fine Art at several southern universities before becoming actively involved in the age of enlightenment. She expresses her artistic talents in writing and painting. One of her short stories, “Dogs Do Go to Heaven,” is featured in Brad & Sherry Hansen Steiger’s book, PET MIRACLES. Her paintings, “God’s Search and Rescue” and “Daffodil” have won special recognition in international competitions. Sandy has four published books,”The Walk-In,” “Abstract Reality,” “Spirit Spotters” and “A Conflict of Valor.” Sandy’s dreams inspired her to write “The Walk-In.” She believes these events actually happened in some unknown place and time. The cover of the book is a photograph she took several years ago while ghost hunting in South Carolina. Sandy believes Walk-Ins exist and thrive in present day society. She wrote a sequel to this book two years later entitled “Abstract Reality.” In 2011, Sandy founded “Spirit Spotters,” a group of paranormal investigators who bring their unique gifts together to explore haunted locations. This book is a journal of five years of her investigations and includes pictures and videos showing physical evidence of hauntings. The book cover is an actual photograph of a ghost she caught on video while touring an old gold mine in North Carolina. Sandy originally wrote “A Conflict of Valor” twenty-five years ago. The information in this book is provided by a ghost of the past who she channeled to relay his story. The cover of this book is an actual photograph of a shadow figure of a Civil War Calvary Officer taken at Hopewell Cemetery in Huntersville, North Carolina.
