Robert Scully

Robert Scully writes and illustrates children’s books for curious minds and oversized imaginations.

With a background in creative leadership, he approaches each book as both narrative and structure,

with character arcs, pacing, composition, and visual rhythm working in concert. The goal is simple:

stories that feel effortless because they were built with intention.

He began developing his early books while raising two young children in New York and now works

from North Carolina. In close collaboration with his wife, Anne Scully, he continues to create stories

shaped by imagination, curiosity, and thoughtful design.
