Thomas Paul Emerson

Thomas Paul Emerson is a retired meditation instructor, clinical hypnotherapist, astrologer, and award-winning author. Born in Southern California and a devote Christian since childhood; in the 70's he found himself fascinated by the teachings of Ramakrishna, Krishnamurti, and Osho. He used to go to Ojai California to see Krishnamurti, whom he considered his guru. His first book "The Yoga Sutras for a 21st Century," he wrote as a guidebook for a weekly meditation group that he started in 1997. Emerson wrote four more books, the latest of which is "Song of the Lord," won a Gold Medal from the Independent Publishers Association in 2013, and was a finalist in the "2014 USA Best Book Awards." He is currently a member of the International Association of Clinical Hypnotherapy, for which he has served as vice president, and he was also a member of the International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association, and the National Society of Hypnotherapists.
