Robin Hess

Octogenarian, Robin Hess has been a minister, bus driver, politician, real estate salesman, broker and appraiser, a librarian and a scholar. Most of this has involved a wide variety of writing, none for profit. In his spare time he collects, reads and writes Oz. In retirement, through his own Ozmapolitan Press, he has published “L. Frank Baum and the Perfect Murder,” and “Christmas in Oz.” He also has more books in process – Mystery, Science Fiction, Oz and Adventure.

Robin and his wife, Arlene retired early so they could spend more time together. They live on Vashon Island and enjoy traveling, political activity, their church family, movies and reading. She enjoys gardening and cooking. He enjoys her cooking. They live with a breathtaking view across their beautiful garden and Puget Sound to the far shore south of Seattle, culminating in a dominating Mt. Rainier. Wow!
