Following a fifteen year career in Human Resource Management and Development David started his organisation development consultancy, Liberating Potential, in 1996. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and Accredited Master Executive Coach, he coaches leaders and develops high performance working relationships across a range of sectors and organisations.
