John Campbell Rees

John Campbell Rees was born in the Rhondda in 1967. At the age of twelve, Dyspraxia, which has undoubtedly influenced his life, was first diagnosed. Thanks to the support of his family, John has not allowed this to limit him in any way. He has attained a BSc (Hons.) Degree.

Unlike many authors, who seem to do all sorts of jobs before settling down to write their first novel, John, who has always loved books and reading, was a Library Assistant since leaving college in 1988 until he retired in 2023. For twenty-three of those years, he worked at the Branch Library in his hometown of Treherbert.

John has always been a fan of Science Fiction, naturally choosing it as the genre he would write in.

Other interests include a lifelong fascination with Politics. He enjoys traveling and trying new foods and drinks. As a Welshman, he loves Rugby Unio n but also follows Rugby League avidly.

John has always been fascinated by science and new technology. He loves gadgets of all sorts
