Welcome! I am Leandrea “LA” Owens, a proud Florida native whose love for storytelling has always been more of a calling than a pursuit. As an author, my purpose goes far beyond writing books. I write to share my faith, my imagination, and the real‑life experiences that shape us all. My deepest desire is to use my words to inspire healing, restoration, and connection — soul to soul, heart to heart.

Over the years, God has strengthened me, and stretched me, and my writing has grown right along with me. The Softer Side of Life represents a new chapter in my journey — a space where vulnerability becomes courage, where grace leads the way, and where love and spiritual intimacy are explored with deeper tenderness than ever before. I have made a promise to myself and to the Most High to continue creating work that uplifts, encourages, and speaks life into every reader who encounters it.
