Kokab Rahman writes practical, plain-English guides that help entrepreneurs, freelancers, and professionals build real-world skills. Her Skills Development Series covers small-business accounting, job search, remote work, and the mindset it takes to succeed while working for yourself.

Kokab is the founder and CEO of Radeya Global, a business and career consultancy, and was named Most Influential Employment Strategy Businesswoman 2023 by Acquisition International. She is an Entrepreneur contributor, a member of the HBR Advisory Council, and the publisher of the Indie Author News newsletter on X (@KRBookTalk). She previously served as VP of Communications and newsletter editor at the Institute of Management Accountants' Dubai Chapter, where her newsletter won an IMA award, and LinkedIn News has invited her to write for it.
