Terry D. White

Terry D. White, Ed.D., is a native of Pennsylvania who entered Grace College, Winona Lake, Indiana, as a freshman the fall of 1960. He was educated at Grace College, Indiana University, the University of Iowa, and Indiana Wesleyan University. Living and working in Winona Lake for 17 years, he served in town government, held multiple positions at Grace College and Seminary, was board chair of his local church, owned a number of local businesses, was a realtor and real estate broker, wrote a weekly column for the Warsaw Times-Union, programmed 24 hours a week on local cable television, acted in more than a dozen Ken Anderson films.

Employment took White and his family away to Minneapolis in 1977 and later to Washington, D.C. He returned to Winona Lake in 2003 to take on the task of re-vitalizing and directing the Brethren Missionary Herald Co. and BMH Books. He is married to the former Sharon Auxt, and they are the parents of two adult children (one deceased).
