Mark Chandos

Mark Chandos is a modern American poet, philosopher and linguist.

During 21 years as a pilot in combat, Chandos survived three explosions in his desert service and began to have visions. These visions became the Kosmoautikon Epic Cycle.

In his science-fiction epic poem Kosmoautikon, Chandos proves that reality is a phenomenon of linguistic usage and that the universe will not be understood until consciousness is understood. This has meaning only when we realize that science itself operates as imaginative poetry.

Deeply studied in history and philosophy of the Ancient world, Chandos reexamines Western literature showing that all human narratives, including all epic poetry, from Gilgamesh, to Homer, to Milton, contain a map of cosmology. Chandos discovers in ancient epic texts that a superior intelligence embedded secret information on our DNA explaining the origin of human live on earth. He believes that poetry is the highest expression of human speech and that all civilizations are linguistic creations based on the epic texts (bibles, myths, political and scientific narratives).

Words have no meaning until they are used in memorable speech. Humans are in a race for linguistic supremacy. Chandos does not stop until his words are on the lips of the unborn.

Komoautikon will enter the galaxy like a girl on a dolphin. Ride the beast!
