Barbara Marshall

Barbara Marshall is a 31 year old organic gardener who lives in Bakersfield, California. She has been growing cash crops and plants since she was 2. She started in her own backyard and now she has acquired her own small farmland that she manages by herself.

She has grown almost everything from tomatoes and carrots to grapes and oranges. She also grows ornamental trees and sells seeds and seedlings as well. She only uses organic methods when taking care of her farm and decided to write this book to reach out to a wider audience and hopefully make organic gardening more popular so that more people can reap its benefits.
