Manisha Gupta

Introduction

Manisha Gupta is a persevering new author who has ventured into the writers’ domain with her maiden book – Prodigy of Errors.

An alumnus of Loreto Convent and Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow, she pursued her Masters in English Literature, and took up teaching profession by choice. Being an Air Force Officer’s wife, she has had the privilege of travelling far and wide. Her exposure to the heterogeneous society with all its diverse cultures, has greatly enriched her life’s experiences and influenced her to share them in her writings.

She had recently participated in the Penguin’s Literary Festival, and has also been writing blogs on wattpad (http://www.wattpad.com/user/mgsbookpub). As an amateur writer, she had written a lyrical memoir, “The High School Backbenchers” published in 2008. (ISBN 978-81-313-0883-7).

She is a salubrious sagittarian, a conscious egalitarian and an austere vegetarian.
