Michael Filimowicz

Michael Filimowicz, PhD is a University Lecturer in the School of Interactive Arts and Technology at Simon Fraser University. His research explores interdisciplinary connections between science, philosophy, and media technologies, with particular emphasis on AI, art and systems thinking. He is an internationally exhibiting digital artist and editor of three Routledge book series: Sound Design, Reimagining Communication and Algorithms and Society. He is also the creative force behind Myk Eff Records (SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Blue Sky).
