Laura Sumner Truax

Laura Truax is the senior pastor of LaSalle Street Church in Chicago, Illinois. She is the author of a 2013 spiritual autobiography: Undone:When coming apart puts you back together In 2014, LaSalle Street Church made headlines for its decision to give away a large windfall of money. This decision, and what happened afterward is the topic for the 2017 book: Love Let Go:Radical generosity for the real world. Laura has served the LaSalle congregation since 2000.
