Ashlyn is an ethical stylist/art director/retailer/death doula living in East London. Her acclaimed store Olive Loves Alfie established 2005-2020 was hugely influential in changing the face of contemporary kids boutiques around the world. Her latest venture Bless established 2020 quickly became a destination store for soul seekers and conscious shoppers. In 2022 Ashlyn created Bless Sanctuary a healing space in her store for tarot reading and an array healing modalities. She hosts the Bless Death Cafe, women's circles and unique, soulful and creative Bless Warehouse Suppers. An inspirational programme of soulful events and gatherings at Bless and at her home Clapton Laundry have earn't Ashlyn the reputation as one of London's most innovative and exciting boutique event organisers. Ashlyn collaborates with brands and individuals to curate Bless experiences from bridal blessings to creative away days at the Clapton Laundry.

Alongside her work Ashlyn is currently training as a Death Doula with Living Well Dying Well.

She has an impressive list of commercial clients and global publications that have showcased her styling work. Ashlyn is passionate about working with ethical and independent brands having worked for many up and coming and established brands. As Creative Director for Alt Soul artist Aruba Red Ashlyn has directed music videos, designed lives shows and styled for shoots as well as collaborating on a website for alternative soulful merchandise www.arubaredtreasured.com. Ashlyn offers a full service from brand vision, styling and art direction. She runs a Holistic Business Coaching programme via her store www.blessstories.com in Stoke Newington, London.

Ashlyn is a leading voice on modern family living and the best selling author of style books Creative Family Home and Creative Children’s Spaces. Her writing has been published in Kids Wear Living, Modern Rustic, Mollie Makes, Papiermache Magazine, Red Magazine, Smallish, ST Kids Telegraph Magazine.

Ashlyn was Style Editor for Kidswear Living, the London correspondent for Kidswear Magazine, launched Inspired Kids, a style blog for Red Magazine and compiled a series of interior family shopping pages for Baby & Me.
