Olivier Hance

Dr. Olivier Hance is an attorney at the Superior Court of Justice of Luxembourg and attorney registered at the Bars of Paris and Brussels. Olivier is specialized in investment fund and finance, blockchain, crypto and ICOs, international business law and IT/E-commerce law. Olivier Hance is also a proud member of the prestigious following associations: STEP Network, IBA and International Referral.

Prof. Hance holds a Masters in Law (Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium), a Ph.D.in law (Aix-en-Provence, France) and a MBAs awarded by: Louvain School of Management (Belgium), Antai (Shanghai, China), Fundacao Getulio Vargas (Sao Paulo, Brazil) and Corvinius (Budapest, Hungary). He has also obtained diplomas and attended certificates & programmes from prestigious business schools (INSEAD, Columbia Business SchoolSolvay, Tulane, HEC Brussels, etc.) in the field: real estate, finance, corporate finance, wealth management, corporate governance.

For more than 20 years, Prof. Hance has taught law and management at several European universities (Namur, Padova, Brussels, Helsinki, Aix-en-Provence …). At the moment, he is Professor ( “Maître de Conférence”) of the Aix-Marseille University and Adjunct Professor at the Sacred Heart University (Luxembourg Campus). He teaches International Business Law, IT & Blockchain Law and Investment Funds Regulations.
