William Stadiem

William Stadiem is the author of fourteen books, including the best selling Marilyn Monroe Confidential; MR S: My Life with Frank Sinatra; and Dear Senator: A Memoir by the Daughter of Strom Thurmond. A Harvard JD-MBA, Stadiem traded Wall Street for Hollywood and has written the screenplays for such films as Franco Zeffirelli’s Young Toscanini, which was Elizabeth Taylor’s last starring role, and episodes of LA Law and other major TV series. The West Coast columnist for Andy Warhol’s Interview and a frequent contributor to Vanity Fair and Town & Country, Stadiem was also the restaurant critic for Los Angeles magazine. He lives in Santa Monica, California.
