Matthew Ruscigno

Matthew Ruscigno, MPH, RD, is an expert in the field of vegetarian nutrition. He has nutrition degrees from Pennsylvania State University and Loma Linda University, as well as certification as a Registered Dietitian- one of the only professional credentials in nutrition. He is the Past-Chair of the Vegetarian Nutrition Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the co-author of Appetite for Reduction with Isa Moskowitz and No Meat Athlete with Matt Frazier. In addition to writing and speaking, Matt has a private practice counseling individuals on plant-based diets.
