Skot Jonz has a background in archaeology. Along the way, he studied photography, and his artwork has been exhibited and published since the mid-1980s. Studies in metaphysical science led to speaking at international conventions. In 2004, his doctoral research was published as the nonfiction book Number Synchronicity.
With that personal and academic obligation accomplished, he traveled to the opposite end of the literary spectrum.
