Gwendolyn Washington published her first novel Strange Connections in June 2013.

She is a financial leader/teacher and,banker by trade; in 2018 she decided to add the title of mortgage loan officer. One day she overheard her nephew complaining about not having his own room, it compelled her to write a children's illustrated book titled, "The Smarts Buy A House."

"Generational Wealth starts with a basic understanding of money and credit." Gwendolyn has now added two additional books that encourage home buying: The Smarts Build Wealth and Kolby and the CBI".
