Brad Wolfe is the frontman for Bay Area band Brad Wolfe & the Moon and executive director/founder of Reimagine, a nonprofit organization inspiring people to acknowledge mortality and live as fully as possible. The organization's flagship festivals--called Reimagine End of Life--bring a week of art, music, and essential discussion to cities around the country, transforming attitudes and experiences around life and death.
Brad's career began after his friend Sara died from a rare form of pediatric cancer at the age of 21. Named after Wolfe's song, "Sara's Got A Sunbeam," Brad launched the Sunbeam Foundation in her honor to spread hope and find cures for rare pediatric cancers. The organization has provided pivotal seed-funding for groundbreaking cancer research across the United States.
Sara also inspired Brad to pursue his music, which led to a series of headlining shows and songs featured on MTV. Wolfe also co-created the award winning book, Breakfast on Mars and 37 Other Delectable Essays to help inspire young people toward a love of creativity.
Wolfe graduated with an MA in sociology from Stanford University and with an MBA from UC Berkeley.
