Tammy LeRoi Gilbert

Tammy LeRoi Gilbert is an author, editor, teacher, and curriculum development specialist. For more than 25 years, both in the USA and Japan, she has taught and designed ELT (English Language Teaching) and test preparation courses, as well as serving as Academic Director at language schools and at UC Berkeley Extension.

She co-authored Listening Power 3 and Express to the TOEFL iBT as well as contributing materials to TOEIC and other TOEFL textbooks. She recently acted as the developmental editor for Longman Preparation Course for the TOEFL Test iBT, 3rd edition by Deborah Phillips. She has also created and edited English for Academic Purposes and test preparation materials for online, International, USA, and Korean ELT education sites. She is currently focusing on creating and editing TOEFL, TOEIC, and academic English materials.
