David Petry

Dave is obsessed with making the most of his time here on Earth. He’s written over 80 books, written and recorded more than 100 songs, plays over a dozen instruments, is a pilot, public speaker, teacher and entertainer.

His writings are inspired from life-experiences of traveling to all 50 states, 6 continents, more than 70 countries, and snorkeling at over 100 scenic sites throughout the world.

His books have not won the Pulitzer Prize, the Hugo Award, or any other prestigious honors. Introductions to his books have not been written by Stephen King or Dan Brown, and he is not famous for his views on historical, religious, social, or political subjects that are current to our present time.

After spending over 30 years as a research development mechanic, he changed careers and worked the next 12 years doing activities, entertainment, and spiritual services at a retirement center. When asked how that worked-out he replied, “It was one of the happiest times of my life.”

He says he now has his dream job. Retirement!
