Tricia Scribner

Tricia Scribner is a Christian apologist who helps people understand the good reasons for believing that Christianity is true. Tricia became a Christian as a child but then had questions during her college years. Her research led her to resources that confirmed that her faith. She now wants to share with others the same truths that strengthened her faith when she needed it most.

Author/co-author of nine books and hundreds of magazine articles, Tricia’s newest release is LifeGivers Apologetics: Women Designed and Equipped to Share Reasons for the Hope Within She also is co-editor/co-author of Answering the Music Man: Dan Barker’s Arguments against Christianity, published by Wipf & Stock; A Passion for Purpose: 365 Daily Devotionals on Missional Living, Woman to Woman: Preparing Yourself to Mentor; Seeking Wisdom: Preparing Yourself to Be Mentored; Major Truths from the Minor Prophets; A Month of Miracles; and Unity in Diversity: Living Above Our Differences.

Tricia is a former RN with a MS in Nursing, holds an MA in apologetics, and is currently a PhD candidate at Southern Evangelical Seminary in the philosophy of religion. She has worked as a Christian high school teacher of apologetics and New Testament survey, as well as serving as a course mentor for Christian apologist Frank Turek’s Why I Still Don’t Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist and Stealing from God online apologetics courses. She is currently writing curriculum for Engage 360, an evangelistic/apologetics ministry.

Tricia and her husband Randy have been married 45 years and live in Harrisburg, NC. She loves being a mom to three adult girls and “Nana” to nine grandchildren.
