Colin is a professional cook and former restaurateur who resides on the beautiful coast of southern Maine in New England. From the moment he was the first male to take cooking classes in his high school in Edinburgh, Scotland, Colin has not stopped developing his passion for cooking. Having travelled extensively, his constant focus has been learning new recipes and cooking techniques around the globe.

Colin's first cookbook Salmon a cookbook became a best seller within a week of its release. Colin has always enjoyed sharing his tasty dishes with family and friends and now as a successful author he continues to write to share his favorite recipes with a wider audience.
