Barry Connolly

Barry Connolly worked as a writer, editor and media relations manager for the IBM Corporation for 25 years before starting his own marketing communications business in 1993. A succession of Bible study classes at his church inspired him to write his first Christian historical novel, "The Good Thief," in 2010. His second novel, "On the Road to Damascus," continues the story. It was published in 2013. A third book in the series, "Serah: The Daughter of Rebekah and Lucius," was published in May 2018. In addition to writing, Barry's interests have included photography, sailing, and amateur radio (KA1JDD). He serves as a volunteer radio operator in his community's Office of Emergency Management and is a volunteer with the Bethel Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and the Visiting Nurse Association.
