I have lived in the Philippines since 2001 following a divorce that ended a 30 year marriage that produced 7 wonderful children.

I am now retired just enjoying life. My full legal name is John Randall Wilson, and if you type that into your google maps, it will show you where I currently live in Camachiles, Mabalacat, Pampanga, on the island of Luzon.

In my second life I have become a published writer - currently have 30 Books to my credit.

I have written many books about the Philippines; they all provide valuable up to date information and tips for those who either visit the Philippines, or for those who are considering retirement in the Philippines. My books are current and full of straightforward talk and good information.

My books on the Philippines are clearly written for a niche market of people who want to visit or perhaps retire and live in the Philippines as I did.

NOTE: I don’t claim to be the kind of writer that never has a misspelled word or one who always get all the commas in the right places and when I’m typing occasional I will type a word like “ work” when I meant to type “word” and spell checkers don’t pick up that kind of mistake. I know the difference between “Their and There” but when I’m typing trying to share information with you I’m focused on the information and I’m not trying to impress you with my writing skills – therefore if you find a spelling error or two, a substituted word spelling or even a missing word in a sentence don’t let it set your pants on fire.

If stuff like that really bothers you, you might be better advised not to buy my books. I don’t need a bad review because you are of the opinion that everyone who writes a book should have it professionally edited etc. That’s big money to do that and I can’t share the information I have for you if that was a requirement.

Take a look at this profile that you are reading now. If you can live with this quality and grade level of writing and be happy with it, you won’t have any problems with my books.

If on the other hand you have found all kinds of Grammatical errors well like what I just did…putting a capital letter on grammatical…hey I do that sometime to emphasis a particular word. If that stuff is going to bother you, you might want to buy someone else’s books but if you do, don’t blame me if you make a trip over here and just waste your money because you didn’t read my books which I have produced so you won’t make a mistake.

So you have been warned either way!

I have a great book of Fiction entitled Hard Times, and I even have non fiction books like the two books on cooking for beginners that are very unique cooking books.

I have Musical Books now for Children and I have Musical books for Adults. I have even begun to publish Music Video Books like Henry the Whale.

Most of this new material only works on the very latest of the Kindle fire devices as the old Kindle apps can only read text and so they are worthless for the new interactive books. Be sure you have the right devices to enjoy the latest interactive books.

I have published 5 volumes of Poetry for those of you who enjoy a collection of short stories that are put in poetry style.
