David Marrani

Professor David Marrani, Doctorado (UAB), Ph.D (Essex), MA (Essex), Master (Toulon), Master (Nice), Maîtrise (Nice), Licence (Nice), LAP (Nice), studied law, philosophy and psychoanalysis in France, Spain and in the UK. He is currently leading as Provost the International Center of Law and Business and AGIR group, an interdisciplinary research center. He teaches and conducts research in comparative public law and theory. Professor Marrani is one of the experts on 'double degrees', transystemic degrees in law. He is also Visiting professor in several European universities. He was previously Dean at the Institute of Law, Jersey and Senior Lecturer at the University of Essex where he taught jurisprudence, comparative law and French public law. His research relates to the intersections between law, philosophy and psychoanalysis.
