Jorge Lynch

Jorge A. Lynch T. is a senior public and project procurement specialist with nearly 30 years of hands-on experience supporting government and donor-funded programs across Africa, Latin America, Asia, and the Pacific. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (FCIPS).

He has worked extensively on Millennium Challenge Corporation–funded compacts, serving in senior roles including Procurement Agent Manager, and has also supported procurement operations under World Bank–funded projects and other development programs. His experience spans procurement planning, selection methods, contract administration, governance, and capacity development in complex public-sector environments.

Jorge is the author of several practical guides on public procurement and contract administration, written for beginners and practitioners who need clear, structured, and usable guidance. He is also the founder of The Procurement ClassRoom, an independent learning platform established in 2013.
