Barbara Mayfield

Barbara Mayfield is a writer and an artist. She graduated from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and made her way in the world making paintings, murals and set designs for theater.

She’s lived in New Mexico and Philadelphia and is a long-time member of the Santa Fe Writers Group. When she’s not writing, she works as a color consultant --- helping people choose paint colors that make them happy for their homes and workplaces.

She is writing the next books in the Mrs. Iptweet series and can be found telling true stories live at area story slams.
