Hi and thanks for visiting my author page! I'm Ashley Curtis, a girl in her 30's who likes to add that 'special sauce' to her books, if you know what I mean. I mostly write when it's dark outside, because there's simply too much to do during the day. Cleaning the house, shopping, work... you name it.

Anyhow, I started writing because my relationships and the guys I hooked up with have always missed that little extra (the X-factor if you will) and seemed too bland and boring. I'm not complaining, although I just can't shake off the feeling that things could have evolved into something much, much more if others just allowed themselves that possibility.

Good etiquette and acceptable social behavior is needed for our society to function, but sometimes it hinders our true wishes and fantasies from ever sparkling into life. In my books, that limitation is gone and I am free to do with the characters as I please. Aside from having fun when writing my erotic stories, freedom of expression is probably the #1 thing for me.

So if you're the kind of person who likes to ask 'what if' type of questions, I'm willing to bet my books are the perfect match for your taste. More often than not, these hypothetical things actually do happen in my stories, and the results really spice up the interactions between the main characters.

I always wished to try out some potentially dangerous and inappropriate things in my life, but when you're out there, it's usually best to stick with what your rationale is telling you. In other words: you stay safe, but nothing exciting happens! When writing, the opposite is true and that's why I became a writer; to fulfil a long-repressed desire.

To sum it up: I like to let loose my deepest fantasies!
