Evgueni Ivantsov

Dr Evgueni Ivantsov is a financial practitioner and an internationally recognised specialist in risk management with successful career of more than 20 years in some of the global financial services industry’s top banks (Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC, ING Group, Banque Bruxelles Lambert). He is currently Head of Portfolio Management and Strategy at Lloyds Banking Group. Dr Ivantsov is also the Chairman of the European Risk Management Council, a think tank of risk executives and risk ‘gurus’ from the leading financial institutions and global corporates operating in Europe. He has been a member of the Advisory Board for European Capital Markets of The Economist magazine and the author of numerous publications in area of risk management. He is also a member of the Advisory Group on Global Risks of the World Economic Forum.

Dr Ivantsov has ample academic experience. He was an adjunct Professor of International Economics at the Boston University (MBA course), and the Professor of Money, Banking and Credit at the United Business Institutes in Brussels (MBA programme).

Dr Ivantsov lives in West London with his wife and his son.
