Rick Lynch

I served in the US Army for 35 years, attaining the rank of Lieutenant General. I was privileged to lead Soldiers at all levels both in peace and in war. After I transitioned from the US Army I became the Executive Director of the University of Texas at Arlington Research Institute (UTARI), focused on robotics and automation. Today I am the President / CEO of R Lynch Enterprises, LLC. I consult, do executive coaching, take companies on leadership tours of our Nation's battlegrounds, and make speeches across the Nation on adaptive leadership.
