I am a very curious individual who is very lucky to be able to choose what he likes to do. I am a full time member of faculty at ESCP Europe (www.escpeurope.eu), which is also my Alma Mater (i.e. I am an Alumni) . At ESCP Europe I teach subjects in the area of Strategy and Human Capital in the campuses of London, Paris, Turin and Madrid. I am also a Principal at 3H Partners (www.3hpartners.com) where I try to apply and experiment the "theories" I develop as a researcher and educator. I serve big big clients as well as tiny ones - with one thing in common - that is they have something that triggers my curiosity and that of course they are prepared to experiment with a different approach.
I am a vivid reader of all sort of books and I love to learn new things all the time from all sort of mediums which I try to synthetise for others either through class material or through writings.
Finally I am passionate about food, family and fitness. Food and Family because I am Italian, Fitness because I believe that "Mens sana in corpore sano" (healthy mind in healthy body).
In terms of my publication record, this till recently (publication of How to Think Strategically) was focused on academic publications, among others
