Thomasenia Lott Adams

As the youngest of eight children, Thomasenia Lott Adams often says she had nine parents when she was growing up! Family, of course, is one of her most important treasures! Now her family extends to those who teach and learn mathematics! Besides her books, she has many published research articles and professional activity, such as her service as the 2018 National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) Annual Conference Chair and as an Associate Editor for NCTM's newest journal, Mathematics Teacher: Learning and Teaching PreK-12. Mathematics is always on her radar!
