Edward O'Neill

Edward R. O'Neill grew up in New Hampshire, attended Yale College, and earned a Ph.D. from UCLA Film School. He taught film & media for ten years, and he has taught and still teaches screenwriting online.

He works as a consultant and instructional designer. He writes on creativity, writing, and learning, and he has recently published a memoir.

Edward has lived in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Cruz, and Paris. He has worked for Stanford, USC, and Yale. He currently resides in New Haven, Connecticut.
