Eduardo Brazão was born in Lisbon, Portugal, and moved to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, at the age of nine. He still carries in his memory the view from his home overlooking Guanabara Bay and Sugarloaf Mountain, in the marvelous city of Rio. His family eventually returned to Lisbon, where Eduardo completed secondary school and studied Law for three years. He later attended university in the United States and, upon returning to Lisbon, worked for the Portuguese government and earned an MBA. His professional journey eventually led him to live in New Hampshire, Texas, and Virginia, where he currently resides.
In addition to his full-time career in the telecommunications sector, Eduardo is fascinated by technology and passionate about writing. He published his first texts in 2008 as part of Roda Mundo, a literary collection of works by writers and poets organized by Douglas Lara. In 2009, he released two eBooks: 240 Mil Milhas de Tédio Aéreo and Crónicas de Observação Massiva. In 2013, he published Unleash your Business in Latin America… but Read this First! (in English). In 2014, he released the second edition of two books by his grandfather, Ambassador Eduardo Brazão: Memorial de Dom Quixote and Maria do Mar. In 2019, he published The Text Messaging Voyage: An Uncluttered Journey for Nontechnical Souls (in English).
In 2025, he also published Caminhos da Alma, an Amazon eBook that brings together verse, photography, and music created with artificial intelligence.
