Kylie Thomas

Kylie Thomas is a South African researcher and writer. She is the author of Impossible Mourning: HIV/AIDS and Visuality after apartheid and Afterimages of Apartheid: Photography and Resistance. She is the co-editor of the collection of creative writing about HIV/AIDS in Africa, Nobody Ever Said AIDS, and two volumes on photography: Photography in and Out of Africa: Iterations with Difference and Women and Photography in Africa.
