Ellen Williams

Ellen Williams is a writer, educator, wife, and mother of two daughters. She is also the proud owner of an M.D. she uses to help her friends, family, and the internet, but is not currently practicing. Ellen firmly believes in the power of duct tape, hugs, and Google searches to fix most things.

She and Erin Dymowski are the dynamic creative duo behind the blog Sisterhood of the Sensible Moms where they prove that funny and sensible are not mutually exclusive. Their writing was honored as a BlogHer 2013 Humor Voices of the Year and they are contributing authors for the anthologies "You Have Lipstick On Your Teeth," "I Just Want to Be Alone," and "I Just Want to Be Perfect." They have been published on The Huffington Post and Mamapedia, and quoted on CNN.com.
