Yeping Li

Dr. Yeping Li is a full professor in the Department of Teaching, Learning and Culture at Texas A&M University, College Station, USA.

Dr. Li is an internationally known scholar, author, and editor. He has extensive experiences in school education and higher education internationally. His cross-national experience has not only prompted him to take an international approach in his research, but also provided him a unique lens to emphasize educational quality improvement and equity. He has published extensively in mathematics education, STEM education and teacher education. He is the founding editor-in-chief of "International Journal of STEM Education" https://stemeducationjournal.springeropen.com and "Journal for STEM Education Research" https://www.springer.com/journal/41979, and also the editor of a monograph series "Mathematics Teaching and Learning" published by Brill|Sense Publishers.

He received a Ph.D. in Cognitive Studies in Education from the University of Pittsburgh in 1999. Prior to coming to the United States, he completed his undergraduate education in Mathematics and also a Master's degree in Mathematics Education in China.
