Anthony Puca

Anthony Puca started in working in technology in 1989 as a Mainframe Librarian for American Express. after attending Florida Atlantic University, Anthony moved to Denver, CO and went to work for Ryder TRS/Budget assisting them in migrating from Novell 3.x to Windows NT 4.0 and he migrated their entire remote workforce from Windows 3.11 to Windows 95. Anthony then went to work for Perot Systems and filled numerous consulting roles including Systems Management, Datacenter Management, Network Engineering and Database Administration to name a few. In 2000, Anthony went to work for Avanade, the joint-venture between Microsoft and Accenture. There, Anthony co-authored the original draft of Microsoft's Operations Framework (MOF). In 2003, Anthony went to work for Interlink Group, who was later acquired by EMC, and provided numerous consulting services including Active Directory (AD) and Exchange migrations, SMS/SCCM implementations and migrations, Operation System Deployments (OSD) and migrations, network and VPN deployments, etc... for a variety of customers in health care, mining, manufacturing, transportation, justice and public safety, etc... Anthony has presented at a number of events including the 2004 Microsoft Security Summit, 2007 TechEd, 2008 Microsoft Management Summit and the 2010 VMware VMworld. In 2008 Anthony co-authored "System Center Configuration Manager 2007 R2 Unleashed". In 2010 Anthony authored EMC whitepapers and VMware delivery guidance on VMware View 4.5, there Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Technology. Anthony was awarded the Microsoft MVP award from 2004 through 2011. Anthony has been working for Microsoft since 2010 as a Datacenter Specialist in the government sector. In 2013 Anthony co-authored his second book and 4th writing, "Microsoft Office 365 Administration Inside Out" (O’Reilly).
