Ed Gonzalez

My name is Ed Gonzalez and I am an artist, educator and author who wants to help, empower, and support kids, parents and teachers. I have been teaching for over 20 years and love extending my influence through books. I am the product of many kind and wonderful teachers, authors, and artists that have touched me and my life in a positive way. So in turn, I wish to do likewise.

As a child, books were able to give me greater confidence and abilities, lift my spirits and entertain me. Books took me to places I could in no way, get to on my own. I learned and grew through books. They enabled me to overcome many difficult times and challenges and my mind was expanded and opened to many new and different ideas. Books influenced me to dream and believe I could achieve my dreams. Now that I have grown up and am living my dreams, I want to give those same wonderful gifts, those same great opportunities to other kids.
